The DWC5.10 is developed for companies that manually weigh meal components — such as portions of vegetables, meat, or other ingredients placed directly from a crate or gastronorm container into a tray. Thanks to its take-away principle, the system operates quickly, accurately, and ergonomically.

The DWC5.10 is equipped with TWO software (Target Weight Optimization), which automatically adjusts tolerance values based on the average weight. This minimises giveaway weight and ensures all portions stay within specification.
Easy to Use
With an integrated LED bar on the 10” touchscreen, the operator can immediately see whether the taken weight is correct. Once the target weight is reached, the system automatically resets — making operation intuitive and error-free, even for temporary staff.
Seamless Software Integration
The DWC5.10 connects fully with Atlantic Logic, DWC’s cloud platform. This allows you to centrally manage all weighing stations, operator performance, and product data — via PC or web application.
