The DWC Weeglijn is een innovatieve, semi-automatische oplossing voor het nauwkeurig controleren en corrigeren van voorgevulde verpakkingen, zoals bakjes met aardbeien, champignons en andere versproducten.
Dankzij intelligente gewichtscontrole worden verpakkingen automatisch gesorteerd op correct gewicht, ondergewicht en overgewicht. Verpakkingen met het juiste gewicht gaan direct door naar de verpakkingsmachine, terwijl afwijkende gewichten eenvoudig door een operator worden gecorrigeerd met behulp van nauwkeurige LED-gewichtsaanduiding.
Met een capaciteit tot 100 verpakkingen per minuut zorgt de DWC Weeglijn voor een efficiënte productdoorstroming, aanzienlijk lagere arbeidskosten en minimale productverspilling (give-away).
