DWC at Strawberry Day 2027: weighing solutions from harvest to pack station
Dutch Weighing Company will also be present at the Strawberry Day in 2027. This year we will be showcasing our Triple Deck system with weighing scales for pack stations and the Land Pack Scale for weighing on the field and in the greenhouse.
With these two solutions, we show how accurately weighing can contribute to less waste and a more efficient process in different places in the production process.
Triple Deck: overview and flow in the pack station
The Triple Deck system brings product supply, weighing stations, and discharge together in a clear layout. The weighing tables support employees in weighing and correcting packaging, while the different levels help keep the product flows organized.
During the Strawberry Day we will show how this setup can be used in a pack station and how the setup can be adapted to your available space and packaging process.
Land Pack Scale: accurately weigh where you harvest
With the Land Pack Scale, DWC brings weighing to the field or greenhouse. Employees receive support during weighing to achieve the desired packaging weight. This allows for less overweight during harvest and less rework later on.
The replaceable battery makes the Land Pack Scale suitable for mobile use, without being dependent on a fixed power connection at the workplace.
